In July of 2022, we moved our platform to a new account system. At that time, the majority of existing active accounts were migrated to this new platform; however, several dormant accounts were not.
If you are having trouble accessing your account and the last time you were able to log in was before July of 2022, please click HERE to submit a new ticket to Customer Support. Please be sure add the words "Legacy Account" in the subject line to ensure that your ticket gets sorted to our Account Team, who can then properly migrate your account to the new system.
If you are having trouble accessing your account and the last time you were able to log in was after July of 2022, please use the information provided below to try and troubleshoot your issue.
How to Reset Your Password
- Click HERE to visit the 'Sign In' page.
- Click the 'Forgot Password?' link and enter the email address your account is under.
- Check your email for a 'Reset your Big Fish Games password' email and open it.
- Note: Be sure to check your spam/junk folders if you don't see it in your inbox.
- Click on the 'Set a New Password' button in the email.
- Enter your email, as well as whatever you would like your new password to be (twice), then click 'Save Password'.
- Note: Make sure your password meets the minimum security requirements (special character, number, and minimum of 10 characters).
