There are two ways to recover your previously purchased games — those being from the website or Big Fish Game Manager. Instructions for both are listed below.
NOTE: It is recommended to only download/install one game at a time to avoid any problems.
Downloading/Installing your Game from your Purchase History (Game Manager)
- Click 'Purchase History' from the left-hand menu.
- Find the game you want to reinstall, then click the blue 'Download' button next to it.
- Navigate to where you saved the installation file and click on the .exe to start the installation.
- Follow the prompts to reinstall your game.
Once you've installed your game, if you've already activated it before, it should automatically activate the game again. If it doesn't, you should be able to do so from the 'My Games' section.
Downloading/Installing your Game from your Game Library (Website)
- Assuming you are signed in to your account, click on the 'Welcome, username' at the top of the page.
- Click 'My Game Library' from the drop-down.
- Find the game you want to reinstall, then click the blue 'Download' button next to it to download the games installation file.
- Navigate to where you saved the installation file and click on the .exe to start the installation.
- Follow the prompts to reinstall your game.
Once you've installed your game, if you've already activated it before, it should automatically activate the game again. If it doesn't, you should be able to do so from the 'My Games' section.
